  • How do I order?
    Simply select the desired product, place it in the shopping cart, go to the checkout, log in or register, enter your address and choose the desired payment method - send. Within the next few minutes you will receive a confirmation of receipt and within 24 hours the order confirmation or shipping confirmation. If you have not received an acknowledgment of receipt / order confirmation, please also check the spam folder of your e-mail account. From time to time it can happen that our e-mails get stuck in the spam directory.
  • How is it shipped?
    The shipping costs will be adjusted depending on the size and quantity (DHL, DPD, Hermes, UPS etc.).Please note: The uninsured shipping is without tracking, apart from a confirmation that the shipment has been sent, no further information on the shipment status can be called up!
